Canton Charge forward/center Arinze Onuaku has been selected to play in the NBA D-League All-Star Game on Feb. 16 in Houston.
Onuaku is considered one of the top-10 prospects in the D-League. He is one of 20 D-League All-Stars selected by head coaches.
Onuaku is in his second D-League season and first with the Charge. He is averaging 12.4 points, 10.1 rebounds and shooting 56 percent from the field.
“He has worked extremely hard to improve himself ever since he came here and we look forward to watching him represent the Charge and Cavaliers organizations,” said Charge coach Alex Jensen.

The Charge (18-12) dropped a 94-81 decision at Fort Wayne on Monday. Josh Selby led Canton with 17 points, Kyle Gibson scored 15, and Onuaku came off the bench to score 12 and grab nine rebounds.
