The Canton Charge are on a roll, and they now have a 5-5 record to show for it. Following a pair of D-League victories last week, the Charge have won three straight, including four in a row at the Canton Memorial Civic Center.
On Saturday, forward Jon Leuer scored 20 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lift the Charge to a 100-84 home win over Iowa. Leuer is on assignment from the Cavaliers.
On Friday, Leuer scored 28 points and grabbed 16 boards and the Charge overcame a nine-point deficit in the fourth quarter to beat visiting Springfield, 87-81.
The Charge hit the road for the three straight games, beginning Tuesday at Fort Wayne. Tip-off is 7 p.m.
