Ohio, which brings back its entire Sweet 16 team from a year ago, got 18 votes to win the MAC Tournament at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. Akron got six votes.
Toledo is ineligible for postseason play this year due to NCAA sanctions. MAC basketball plays a balanced schedule; each team plays its division rivals twice and cross-division opponents once.
