How Wade escaped suspension defies logic

It is my considered opinion that Dwayne Wade’s flagrant foul on Darren Collison Tuesday night was cheap and dirty, and warranted further action by the NBA. The league decided otherwise, according to Brian Windhorst of ESPN. So there will be no suspension.

Someone has to explain to me how this foul by Jason Smith warranted two games …

… while this one from Dwayne Wade did not.

Sorry … but I don’t follow the logic.
